What to do to receive emails from Cryptohopper
Follow these steps if you are not receiving emails from Cryptohopper:
- Check if you have completely disabled the option to receive emails from Cryptohopper in your user profile. You can find this setting under the “Notifications” tab. Disable the setting.
- Whitelist info@cryptohopper.com, support@cryptohopper.com, and noreply@cryptohopper.com in your email service. Instructions on how to do this may vary by email provider. It may take several hours for the domain to be classified as approved.
- Contact Cryptohopper support to check if your email provider has blocked their emails. If so, contact your email provider to request that they unblock the @cryptohopper.com domain or the IP address provided by Cryptohopper.
