Subscription
The first thing to check is your subscription. Do you have a Hero subscription ? If not, you can purchase one here . If you do have a subscription, make sure it is linked to the correct bot. For more information on how to link a subscription, click here.
Activate your bot
Check if your bot is enabled. This can be found in the Control Panel .
The first switch
Displays whether your bot is enabled or disabled. When your bot is disabled, no information will be received from the exchange and no information will be sent to your exchange. That is, your bot is not working, because it is not possible to receive information from your exchange.
The second switch
Not applicable if you are using the Market Arbitrage bot.
The third switch
Displays whether Market Arbitrage is enabled or not. If enabled, your bot automatically buys and sells based on your Baseconfig. If disabled, no trades will be opened.

API keys
The next thing to check is the API keys. There is documentation on how to connect your bot to your exchange. For more information, click here. It is recommended to follow the guide for your exchange. Each exchange has different settings, so it is important to check the correct guide.
If you don’t see any errors about your API keys in the output, your bot is connected to your exchange. If you see any error messages, check what you did wrong.
Funds
Check your funds. You can see your bot’s funds in the Control Panel . It is recommended to hold at least 2 quote currencies and several additional currencies. The Market Arbitrage bot operates on one exchange. Therefore, there is no need to hold funds on other exchanges. The Market Arbitrage bot operates on several exchanges simultaneously. It will execute trades where the profits are highest.
Baseconfig
Make sure you have set up your Baseconfig. Make sure you have filled in the amounts under Currencies and Amounts.

It is recommended to use a sell percentage between 5 and 20%. This ensures that there will be enough funds to make another trade for the same trading pair. By using smaller amounts, you increase the chances that the bot will continue to trade. This helps to balance the amount you have on both exchanges, so that there is no need to manually transfer funds between exchanges. Sometimes one exchange always shows cheaper prices while another shows higher prices. When this happens, it is necessary to transfer funds manually. 100% cannot be used as a set sell amount.
Make sure you choose a minimum amount for each market (quote currency).

Output
Check the output. The bot will run according to your settings. The output shows you everything your bot does or doesn’t do.

Errors
The output may show some error messages. These messages tell you why the bot is doing or not doing something.
Output Errors: Unable to retrieve order book from exchange. Solution: This is usually a temporary error, if you continue to receive this message, please contact support.
Select a time period in the output from which you want to get more information. The maximum number of entries is 500. Select a shorter time range if you don’t find what you’re looking for.
