Project migration – web and desktop application
When you log into the Tidio app on the web or desktop, click on your “avatar” in the bottom left corner of the panel. From there, you will have the option to change the project using the side navigation that will appear.
[note_box] Tip: If you’re working on a large project with a team, it’s a good idea to set clear names for each project to avoid confusion when switching between them. [/note_box]
Project Transfer – Mobile App
To switch between your projects in the Tidio mobile app – go to the settings area and click on the project name to change the project.
Once the menu opens, you can select the project you want to use from the list.
[note_box] Tip: If you use the mobile app frequently, it’s a good idea to save your favorite projects at the top of the list for quicker access. [/note_box]
