How to clear your Crypto Hopper account in the app

This guide shows how to deactivate your account in the iOS app.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, check the following:

• You have a Cryptohopper account .
• Want to deactivate your account through the app? If you want to do it on the website, you can read this article.
• This feature is only available in the iOS app.

How to deactivate your account

1. Launch the app and log in to your account.
2. Click the “More” button. It is located at the bottom of your screen.
3. Click “Delete account”.
4. Click “Delete”.

Additional information

Please note that when you deactivate your account, all Cryptohopper loyalty program benefits and your bot settings will be deleted. Also, your Cryptohopper balance, strategies you have created, and more. Your information will be retained for 30 days. If you have not logged in during these 30 days, your account will be deleted.
