Important:
-
We recommend using only personal wallets for these transactions.
-
Do not use the same wallet for different coins. For example, BCH cannot be received in a BTC wallet, and Ethereum-based coins (like USDT, MATIC, SHIB) can be lost when sent to an ETH wallet.
-
Choose the right blockchain network for your transaction to avoid high fees and possible loss of funds.
Fiat deposits
-
Choose your preferred payment method from those offered.
Please note that the availability of funding methods depends on the user’s location and account verification status. For example, participants must complete address verification to access bank transfers, while PayPal is currently only available to US customers.
Visit our Restrictions and Fees page for more details on account restrictions, payment methods, and applicable fees.
2. After you have selected your funding method, enter the amount you wish to deposit in the You will get field. Review the transaction details, including any applicable fees, and the total amount to be paid above the Proceed button.

Important:
-
Some digital assets have a destination tag, reminder ID, or reminder text . Please make sure to include these details in withdrawals, if required. Failure to do so may result in your coins not reaching their intended destination, and/or being lost.
-
Some cryptocurrencies operate on multiple blockchains, and CEX.IO may offer transactions across multiple networks for such assets. For example, USDC can be used on Ethereum, Tron, and Stellar. When requesting a withdrawal, please specify the blockchain for processing the transaction and ensure that your destination address matches the selected blockchain . Selecting a blockchain that is different from your destination address network may result in high transaction fees, and/or possible loss of funds.
-
Please only use personal wallets for crypto transactions . Also, keep in mind that you may need multiple wallets to transfer different digital assets. For example, BCH cannot be transferred to a BTC wallet and Ethereum-based coins (i.e., USDT, MATIC, SHIB) may be lost if sent to an ETH wallet.
