Create a Tidio account
You can create a new Tidio account by visiting our website, www.tidio.com , and clicking the Start Free button. This step will take you through our registration tour.

You will now see a registration window where you will need to provide your email address, password, and website URL to create a new account. Alternatively, you can also use one of the available platforms and download the ready-to-use Tidio plugin. To see the full list of plugins, read our article on installing Tidio.
As the first step in registering for your Tidio account, you will need to provide your email address, create a password, and enter your website URL. When you are ready, accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and click Start Free .

You will now enter our setup tour, where you will be asked to provide certain business information and customize the basics of your chat widget.
Customize your live chat
The registration tour consists of three general steps.
First, you will be asked to introduce your name, your role in the organization, and select your preferred communication methods:

Second, we will ask you for basic data about your business (such as industry and company size), as this information will help us tailor your experience with Tidio:

Finally, you will be asked to answer certain information about your use of Tidio:

Once you complete the initial survey, the next step is to choose the most important aspect you want to focus on now – such as offering live chat support, building flows, or launching our chatbot (Lyro).
You can skip this step and go directly to your new Tidio project by selecting the I want to discover Tidio myself option at the bottom.

However, once they select and confirm your choice, you will also be taken to the project – but you will see the start list of things you may want to focus on first (like installing Tidio on your site, setting up help, or managing automated flows):

Of course, you can skip all of these if you prefer, and manage your project in any order you like – and come back to any settings you need later. The Get Started page is simply there to help you get started with Tidio, and provide you with access to everything you need – to ensure you don’t miss any important steps.
As you begin to navigate your new Tidio project, you’ll see a series of helpful tips that we recommend checking out to get the most out of Tidio.
Installing Tidio on your website
We’ll also give you a quick guide on how to install Tidio on your site. If you need more guidance, follow our detailed instructions by visiting our Help Center installation guides.
If you’re using a web developer to help you set up Tidio, you can also send them the instructions directly to their email address. To do this, select the Send instructions by email option.

Trial period
Upon signing up, you will receive a 7-day free trial with access to all advanced features. After the trial period ends, you will be asked to choose between downloading the Basic plan or subscribing to a paid plan. Visit the pricing page for detailed information on the plans and features available.

Logging in to your account
You can log in to your Tidio account at any time by visiting www.tidio.com/panel/login .

If you would like to log in via our mobile and desktop apps or on www.tidio.com , use the email address and password you registered with.
