In the My Flows category on the Tidio website, you can manage your existing flows and their detailed settings.
Access to My Flows
To access the My Flows list, navigate to the Flows category in your Tidio dashboard. Once you have registered at least one flow, you will find them in the My Flows list. Depending on the purpose of each flow, they are sorted into groups: Sales Flows, Leads Flows, Support Flows, and Other .

At the top of the My Flows category, you’ll see several filtering and sorting options , as well as a search tool. You can use these options to narrow down the flows you’re interested in, and sort your flows by role (purpose), status, triggers, and more.
Filter by role
You can only view streams that belong to the categories you have selected, such as Leads or Sales streams:

Filter by status
You can view streams that are active , inactive , or just drafts :

Filter by triggers
You can only view streams that include specific triggers :

sorting
The last option allows you to sort the streams in a specific order, for example by creation date , name , status , or number of performances:

Stream management
To make changes to a stream, click the three-dot button next to the stream name. This will reveal a menu of options, including the ability to edit the stream, fix it, view statistics , mute it, or delete the stream entirely. With these options, you have full control over the behavior of your stream and can fine-tune its performance.

Temporarily notifying a stream is as simple as flipping the “on” switch to “off.” You can also adjust whether the stream should be active when your managers are offline, or if another stream or manager is handling the conversation. This flexibility ensures that your stream is active at the right times and increases its efficiency.
Interesting use: Flows can be used to create personalized experiences for customers by integrating with existing CRM systems, so that customer information can automatically guide the conversation.

Duplicate your streams
If you need to create a copy of an existing flow, navigate to the My Flows category, find the flow you want to clone, click the three-dot menu on the left, and select Clone . The cloned flow will appear in the list as inactive, with the label “Clone.” This cloning capability allows you to quickly replicate successful flow configurations and streamline the process of creating your flows.
Now, the stream will appear in the list as inactive with the label Clone .

Best practices
To get the most out of your streams, here are some best practices:
- Set clear goals: Before you start creating streams, it’s important to define the goal of each stream. Do you want to increase sales? Collect leads? Provide support? Setting clear goals will help you design your streams accurately.
- A/B testing: Don’t hesitate to run A/B tests on your streams. This can help you understand what works best and improve the performance of your streams.
- Use statistics: Take advantage of the statistics provided by Tidio to understand the performance of your streams. This can include data on call volume, conversion rate, and more.
- Constantly updated: Don’t forget to update your feeds regularly. Changes in the market or your business may require updates to your feeds to stay relevant.
- Integration with other tools: Consider integrating your flows with other tools like CRM or customer management systems. This can improve the efficiency of your flows.
Common problems and solutions
As with any system, problems can arise. Here are some common problems and possible solutions:
- Stream is inactive: If your stream is inactive, make sure you have set it to active in the control panel. Also check for issues with the triggers you have set up.
- Low conversion rate: If you see a low conversion rate, consider changing the content of the stream or the triggers. A/B testing can help here.
- Technical issues: If you encounter technical issues, don’t hesitate to contact Tidio support. They can help you resolve technical issues.
