The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in, and for good reason. It serves as a command center, where you can quickly access the most important aspects of your current project – navigate to key areas , track your assignments , and check performance statistics . All of this allows you to monitor the status of your Tidio project and how it’s helping your business. You also get recommendations for further improvements, as well as the latest Tidio news and articles worth reading.
You can access the control panel from the top-left of your Tidio panel:

In this article, you will learn:
Control Panel – Overview
The dashboard is designed so that you can find everything in one place, with a clean and simple design. You’ll find the Quick Actions at the top; the various performance statistics (and insights) at the bottom; the project status and current assignments on the right; and News at the bottom.

Quick actions
Located at the top of the dashboard, Quick Actions let you navigate to key areas – so you can stay focused with minimal scrolling.
Here you can see your unassigned conversations and tickets , see your live site visitors , answer unanswered Lyro questions , and even quickly create new flows – all from one section:

Performance (and smart insights)
Located right below the Quick Actions (and the main tier of the dashboard), the Performance section gives you useful, actionable information about various aspects of your project. At the top, you’ll also see smart insights tailored to your project (e.g., recommendations for additional actions you can take to improve your performance).
Below the insights you will see the general statistics of your project, displayed according to the date range you selected in the top-right. The specific statistics are displayed in the form of graphs, each in its own tab. The available graphs are:
Visitor interactions
This graph shows all of your project’s interactions between your widget and visitors so far:

Lyro AI chatbot response rate
This graph shows the rate at which Lyro was able to answer your visitors’ questions; it shows the overall answer percentage (how many questions Lyro was able to answer out of the total questions asked), as well as the specific numbers of questions that were answered and those that were left unanswered :

Leads obtained
This graph shows the number of leads you’ve collected over time that end up being saved as contact information in your customer list (found within the Customers category). You can see the leads collected through live calls (this includes pre-call surveys, social media channels, and tickets) and those collected by your flows :

Assisted Sales (Shopify only)
This tab is only available if your Tidio project is integrated with a Shopify store. It shows the number of sales attributed to Tidio over time, and the amount of money associated with those sales – shown separately for chat-assisted sales and flow-assisted sales :

Project status and allocation usage
This part of the dashboard is located on the right side, in a column. It consists of two sections: Project Status and Current Usage . They will help you track the current status of the installation, integration, and general usage of the project.

Project status
Here you can see basic information about your setup , mailbox, and custom domain connections, as well as any channel integrations you may have (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp). Not only will you be able to track statuses, but you’ll also get the option to connect to existing integrations or fix potential issues.
Current use
Here you can see your current project assignments:
If you are approaching any limits, you will receive a notification here as well. You can also decide to upgrade your packages through the links available in this section.
news
Finally, at the very bottom of the dashboard, you can see the News – this shows the latest news about Tidio releases, special offers, or articles (and blog posts) worth checking out.
