The Flows section of Tidio allows you to set up automated responses within your chat. These flows are designed to address the most common questions visitors have, making customer interactions easier and increasing your overall efficiency.

Navigate your flows

When you open the Flows section, you will see the My Flows section, which lists all the flows you have added so far:

If you want to edit an existing flow from the My Flows section, click the three-dot menu next to the flow and select Edit:

Within the visual flow editor, you can edit the flow text by clicking on the node you selected and editing the text in the window on the right.

Pre-made flows (templates)

Below the My Flows tab, there’s the Strategies tab. Based on the information you provided during the sign-up process, this is where we suggest a series of flows that work together to help you achieve your business goals. You can learn more about Strategies here.

There is also a list of available templates , where you can browse and use all the ready-made flows. The templates are numbered into three categories: Lead Flows, Sales Flows , and Support Flows.

You can select a template by clicking the Use Template button , and customize the messages sent to your site visitors. To learn more about available templates and how to use them, check out our article on pre-defined flow templates.

Context flows

New to Tidio and not sure where to start with flows? If the existing templates don’t suit your needs, you can access the Welcome to Flows tab, located on the left side of your flows section. This screen features a dedicated flow tailored to your specific Tidio project, with clear recommendations for your next steps.
