This program is intended for all participants interested in good practices in corporate governance. It consists of three courses that examine the background, structures, and regulation appropriate for good corporate governance.
As part of the program, the participant will verify an annual income statement and the structure implemented in their country. In the second course, the participant will propose a corporate governance structure and at the end must check whether their proposal complies with the Code of Principles and Good Practices for Corporate Governance of the “Business Coordinating Council”.

What you will learn: In this course, you will learn the definitions of corporate governance, which describe the formal system of high-consistency reporting from management to shareholders.
Duration: 5 hours
What you will learn: In this course, you will identify the governance structures in an organization, the bodies that oversee them to create an environment of reporting and fulfillment of legal obligations.
Duration: 4 hours
What you will learn: In this course, you will learn about the relevant national and international regulations applicable to a public company, in an environment of reporting and tracking legal and management obligations.
