TWAP bookings can't be changed, but they can be canceled.

Can I cancel a TWAP reservation?

You can always cancel a TWAP order (unless otherwise specified) by accessing your transaction history in the Crypto.com app and typing on “Open Orders” > “Cancel Order”. However, it will be subject to the status of your booking. If your booking has been made, it cannot be cancelled.

Is there an expiration date for a TWAP order?

There is no expiration date. Your order will be ‘open' until the robot has completed all of its orders.

How can I check the status of my order?

This can be done by accessing the transaction history in the app and tapping “Open Orders.” We'll also notify you when your order is placed via an in-app notification and email.

Order Modes

There are four modes for TWAP orders:

  • Active Processing – When your order is in process
  • Completed – when your order has been placed
  • Pending Cancel – When the execution of a “Cancel Order” is in the process
  • Cancelled – when your order has been cancelled

When will my TWAP order be placed?

TWAP orders will be placed when you verify and place your order. However, your booking will remain ‘open' until the first predetermined time period.

Payment Methods

You can set up TWAP orders using your Crypto Wallet and Fiat Wallet in the Crypto.com app.

How do I withdraw funds/cryptocurrencies from my account?

When you place a TWAP order, we will lock in the appropriate funding amount for TWAP buy orders immediately, or the appropriate cryptocurrency to sell for TWAP sell orders. The funds or cryptocurrency will not be able to be used elsewhere in the Crypto.com app after ordering. You won't be able to withdraw or transfer the appropriate funds or tokens if your order status is Active. If you wish to access them, please cancel your TWAP invitation.

Note:

  • Maximum TWAP orders: 10 active orders per user
  • Maximum TWAP orders per token: One live order per user When users place a TWAP order, we lock the relevant funding amount or cryptocurrency instantly. These funds or cryptocurrencies will no longer be available for use elsewhere in the app.

Which markets are suitable for the TWAP booking feature?

The TWAP booking feature is available to approved Crypto.com app users across all domains.
