If you have a Crypto.com card issued before November 6, 2024 and don't plan to upgrade to Level Up Experience, please check out this page instead. As part of the Level Up program, the Crypto.com card comes with rewards designed to suit the needs of users who are always on the move. Based on the travel rewards available on the ticket, which offer access to the Priority Pass™ lounges and no overseas fees, select tickets offer:
- Your music: Spotify. Get 100% back on your Standard Subscription Plan (up to $13.99 value**)
- Your movies: Netflix. Get 100% back on your basic subscription plan (up to $13.99** value**)
- The rewards for spending are the best. Up to 8% CRO rewards on spends, domestic or overseas, depending on your card tier and no minimum expenses required.
*Can be changed depending on the card region. See here for more details on fees and limits. **Maximum 1 refund per merchant per month. Merchant refunds from Spotify and Netflix expire after six months of card activation (issued to virtual card) for new users with Royal Indigo, Jade Green, and Ruby Steel. Cardholders who have upgraded their card tier or locked CRO will enjoy the Merchant Refund benefit offered with the new card tier for six months from the date of the upgrade. The Merchant Refund benefit will not expire after six months for cardholders who upgrade to Icy White, Frosted Rose Gold, or Obsidian cards, as long as they maintain one of these cards.
The Level Up Lockup requirements of the Crypto.com card are expressed in the value of the local currency. For more information about Level Up Lockup Rewards, see the Rewards section below. Each time you lock the required CRO for the card, you can enjoy various Level Up Lockup benefits, such as additional spend rewards, purchase returns, and a higher Crypto Earn ratio, depending on the grade of the card being locked for.
Important:
- If you hold an existing card issued before November 6, 2024, and choose to upgrade your card on November 6, 2024 or later, your current CRO lock will be replaced with Level Up Lockup and will be subject to a new 365-day holding period.
- Cardholders will lose their Card Lock Rewards (if any) and benefits if the required amount of CRO is unlocked.
- Cardholders will receive the same amount of CRO back when they unlock.
For example:
Level Up Lockup: Uses a 5,000 CRO lock to a Ruby Steel card, where 1 CRO = $0.08 ($400$0.08). When the user opens a lock, 5,000 CRO will be returned to them immediately, regardless of whether the price of the CRO is high or low at the time of opening.

Purchase Refunds – Details
The CRO value of the dollar transaction amount will be deposited into your CRO wallet, and will be immediately reflected in each eligible transaction.
The limit for purchase refunds is as follows:
- Spotify: up to $13.99 per month
- Netflix: up to $13.99 per month
The maximum refund is reset on the first day of each month. Transactions made under these categories or channels are not included in the Level Up program: Digital Wallets, Digital Banking Services, Crypto Exchanges, Stored Value Products, Money Transfer Services, Security Brokers/Traders, Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums, Tax Payments, Government Services, Financial Institutions, POI Financing Transactions, Cash-as, Money Vouchers/Bank Transfers.
The offer was operated independently by Crypto.com, and there is no partnership between Crypto.com and the merchants in this offer. Crypto.com has the sole discretion to change this proposal at any time.
Higher Expense Rewards – Details
With the ongoing lockdown of Level Up, cardholders will receive additional spending rewards depending on their card:
- Obsidian: 5% → 6.5%
- Icy White/Frosted Rose Gold: 3% → 5%
- Royal Indigo/Jade Green: 2% → 3.5%
- Ruby Steel: 1% → 2%
Note: You will not be required to lock any CRO for Midnight Blue, as long as you choose the same, but you will not receive any card rewards. Expense rewards at merchants who are eligible for purchase refunds will only be given on amounts above the maximum monthly return.
For example: If you spend $39.99 on Netflix, you will receive $13.99 in purchase refunds, and spend rewards on the remaining $20. Monthly suspension of CRO rewards for Ruby Steel and Royal Indigo/Jade Green remains in effect.
When will CRO Rewards be credited for purchases made with the Crypto.com card? Crypto.com card spend rewards will be credited to your crypto wallet shortly after you make an eligible purchase.

For example, if you have a Ruby Steel card, your monthly CRO rewards will be limited to $25. There is no monthly suspension on spending rewards for Icy White, Frosted Rose Gold, and Obsidian cards.

Level Up Lockup

- 8.5% for Frosted Rose Gold or Icy White
- 9.5% for Obsidian
After a 365-day holding period, you can unlock your CRO. Just access your crypto wallet in the app and click the open button. Note that when you unlock CRO, you won't be able to enjoy locked CRO rewards or benefits that come with Level Up Lockup, for example:

- Additional expense benefits
- Higher Reward Rates for Crypto Earn

Free ticket renewal
Until further notice, the $50 renewal fee will be waived for cardholders who upgrade to a higher card tier by locking in the required amount of CRO.

If you have an existing ticket issued before November 6, 2024 at 03:00 UTC, you will continue to receive the same refunds from merchants and lock-in benefits as described here. As long as you are still in an active lockdown period and within the validity timeframe, you will continue to receive the following refunds, which are no longer available to Level Up users:

- X.com (formerly Twitter). Get 100% back on your premium subscription plan (up to $8 worth)
- 10% BACK on every booking on Expedia (worth $50) or Airbnb (worth $100)

Visit the appropriate websites and pay for your subscription with a Crypto.com card. *For existing Spotify and Netflix users, go to the subscription & payment page to change your payment method to your Crypto.com card. Note: You may be prompted to enable international use.
How do I get my refunds for Spotify and Netflix? Pay as usual with a Crypto.com card. Crypto.com will deposit the CRO refund value into your CRO wallet. The user will be able to instantly convert the CRO to other cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies.
Do I need to make recurring subscription payments using the Crypto.com card? Yes, in order to benefit from the refunds, you must make the payment or change the current payment method to the Crypto.com card.
Do I need to have a certain balance on my card for the subscribers? You need to make sure that you have enough funds on your card to make the payment.
