How to reset my 2FA?

If you want to reset your 2FA, please follow these steps: 1. Go to Settings from the main menu and click on > 2-Factor Authentication.
2. Click on the Reset 2FA button at the bottom of the screen. Steps to complete verification with a passcode if it's configured: 1. Access your authenticator app and create a new account for the Crypto.com app.
2. Scan the code displayed in the Crypto.com app using your authenticator app, or copy and paste it manually. If you haven't set up a passcode, check to see if you have access to your current 2FA certificates: – If you have access to 2FA certificates, you can proceed to enter the passcode and 2FA code to complete the authentication, and then follow steps 3(a) and 3(b) to set up your 2FA.
– If you do not have access to the 2FA certificates, you will be asked to provide the passcode and complete the identity verification. Once verified, you can set up the 2FA by following step 3(a) and 3(b) above. Important: To protect your account, remove the previous authentication key from your authenticator app and reactivate 2FA as soon as it's reset. If you have received a notification from our support team to perform a 2FA reset, follow these steps: 1. Access the authenticator app and create a new account for the Crypto.com app.
2. In the Crypto.com app, go to Settings from the main menu and click on Security > 2-Factor Authentication.
3. Turn on Enable 2FA.
4. Scan the code displayed using your authenticator app, or copy and paste it manually. If you are unable to reset 2FA on the Crypto.com app, please contact us at chat.crypto.com. Important: Resetting 2FA for your Crypto.com app account will affect the 2FA settings for your Crypto.com Exchange account, if applicable. After resetting the 2FA for the app, reconfigure the 2FA for the exchange account according to this guide.
