What should I know before closing my account? Note that Crypto.com app/website account, Crypto.com virtual card, and Crypto.com Exchange account must be closed together. You are welcome to use our services again by registering as a new user, but you will not be able to reactivate your previous account once it has been closed. *Please use the Crypto.com app to close your Crypto.com Web account. If “Spend Power” is enabled, please contact Customer Support to disable it before closing your account.
