How do I get the research report?
The research report will be sent together with the exclusive monthly newsletter for private Crypto.com users. Each month, we will write a “selected article” on a special topic. While some other research reports (e.g., surveys, data) will be publicly accessible through the Research Center, the “Featured Article” will contain more in-depth insights and analytics and will only be accessible to Private customers.
Inheritance Service
Assistance in handling Crypto.com assets.
How do I sign up for the Inheritance Service?
No registration required. In the event of the death of our users, the beneficiaries should contact us and we will verify the requirements in accordance with government laws.

Private Crypto.commembers can enjoy access to leading events in the crypto industry, with priority access being given to Obsidian card holders. Whenever there are tickets for events, users will receive an email with a form to fill out the information in order to receive the tickets.

You will find a quote*** with a reference number
When approved, the debiting and crediting of the funds in the wallet on your Crypto.com app will usually be completed within 1 hour.
** The quote requirement requires sufficient funds on the balance sheet in the app at the time of request.
The quote is valid for 3 minutes

CRO/BTC, CRO/USDT, CRO/USDC, CRO/PAX, CRO/TUSD
What is the minimum amount for a transaction?
Equivalent to US$100,000
What is the maximum number of RFPs?
3 times for the same trading pair per hour
Can I charge funds from my Exchange account?
The OTC service is offered specifically for users of our Wallet app, so funds will be charged and flowed to the user's app balance only.
