Compliance is one of our core capabilities What happens with my personal data? Please refer tothe Privacy Statement Ours. The app doesn't scan my ID or take my photo? Please try the manual upload option if you were unable to scan the document and/or image on your first attempt. The following steps will help you go through the verification process more quickly: Full legal name: Make sure that the name you type is the same as the name that appears on the document you provide. If the document uses abbreviations or acronyms, please use the full names instead. Make sure there are no spelling errors Take a good photo of the ID: Take the photo of the ID card in a well-lit environment. Make sure that all four corners of the document are visible and that there are no reflections (if your flashlight is on, make sure to turn it off). Clean the lens, hold your phone steady, position the camera so that the frame reaches the edges of the document – once this happens, the image will be taken automatically. After capturing the image, make sure that the information about it is legible. If you are unsure about the quality, retake the photo before sending it. Take a good photo: When you take the photo, hold the camera steady and follow the green dot with your eyes (this process uses a camcorder and photos), without moving your head. Try to stay still as much as possible – it won't take long!
