Yeni binalara, geli\u015fmi\u015f altyap\u0131lara ve m\u00fchendislik hizmetlerine olan talep art\u0131yor ve bu da i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda ve GSY\u0130H\u2019de \u00f6nemli bir b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0130n\u015faat ve m\u00fchendislik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde istihdam<\/h3>\n<p>\u015eu anda bina ve yap\u0131 in\u015faatlar\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 142.000 ki\u015fi istihdam edilmektedir (2019). \u015eu anda in\u015faat m\u00fchendisli\u011finde yakla\u015f\u0131k 42.000 ki\u015fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor (2019) ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 138.000 ki\u015fi \u015fu anda \u00f6zel i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor (2019). Toplamda, sekt\u00f6r \u015fu anda GSY\u0130H\u2019ya yakla\u015f\u0131k %6-6,5 oran\u0131nda katk\u0131da bulunuyor.  <\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131nda Milletler Toplulu\u011fu\u2019ndan gelen yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyon g\u00f6\u00e7menin artmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan end\u00fcstri zirveye ula\u015ft\u0131 ve GSY\u0130H\u2019n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %9\u2019unu olu\u015fturdu.
